Daily routine wakeup early morning !!
1. Drink 500ml water .
2.eats some healthy foods .Like almonds ,walnuts ,fruits but min. Amount.
3.after workout eat breakfast .
4. At lunch take low amount meal.
5.After pre workout take and eat banana ,almond ,juice ,etc.
6.post workout whey protein take.or eggs bite .
7.At dinner take meal...
8. After sleeping low amount meal.



...Workout  take seriously.
..Motivation to achieve goal.
